Delivery
A standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery will apply. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. We will be using either a designated courier or Australia Post for all of our shipping needs and will only deliver to addresses within Australia. All orders will be shippped from our Melbourne warehouse usually within one to five business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location. Note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery to sign for the parcel, then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to us. We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the time frame outlined above, however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason due to unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. We only accept orders from mainland Australia and Tasmania. We reserve the right to request photo ID from you for verification purposes before we allow your order to be sent. All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Discount Beauty Supplies. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Discount Beauty Supplies reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Payment
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing your order. Discount Beauty Supplies requires full payment at checkout in order to lodge or place an order. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Discount Beauty Supplies may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
We only accept payment through PayPal. However, when you initiate the checkout process you'll have the option to pay with a debit or credit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable. We are required by law to collect GST on all product sold through this website. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are in Australian Dollar currency ($AUD).

Users can review products throughout the website. Reviews are sent to our Management team for review prior to posting. The Purchaser acknowledges that no return of goods will be accepted by the Company.

Returns Policy
To return an item that you have purchased from Discount Beauty Supplies:
- Contact us via email shop@discountbeautysupplies.com.au
- State your Order number and the date of your order
- Detail the reason for the return request
- Await our reply and instructions.
We will not accept or refund any product for change of mind or for your wrong selection, so please select carefully. Should we accept a return, the goods must be unopened and in their original condition. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods. It is the customers responsibility to return the item in its original packaging and for it to arrive undamaged to our Melbourne warehouse. We suggest you return items via trackable post (express post or registered post).
We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability and additional freight charges will apply.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order provided it has not already been shipped. Once shipped it may not be possible to stop an order from being delivered or re-directed. If your order has not be shipped then we can cancel your order and refund your funds within 7 business days.
